Roles and Responsibilities

OTIB, JA. considers sustainability a key part of business. Our ESG efforts are led by our Managing Director, who provides guidance for policies and programs that relate to ESG responsibility. These include the company’s consultation practices, stewardship strategies, commitments and impact investment strategies.

All team members (including consultants) are trained to hold ESG-led stakeholder concerns as paramount. This helps to interweave our guiding principles into our professional conduct.
